Canadian Parliament Under Lockdown Following Shooting




A Canadian soldier was shot and injured by an unknown gunman while standing guard at the National War Memorial in Ottawa, Ontario, on Wednesday. The gunman ran toward Parliament Hill, and gunfire was heard inside the parliament building, which is under lockdown. One parliament member, Tony Clement, tweeted that there were "at least 30 shots."
